MU Origin 2 - How to success enhance +10 from +7 without Blessed Gem

*Before I explain how to enhance +10 without Blessed Gem in MU Origin 2, I'll explain what material I prepared.
Material :
a. I have 2 pcs Ring +8 and 1 pcs Necklace +9.
b. 57 pcs Gem of Blessing.
c. 29 pcs Gem of Soul.
d. 20 pcs Gem of Maya.
All the gem you can buy 240 diamonds at Weekly Limited Store. I guess it worthed to buy it, since it contain 12pcs Gem of Blessing, 2pcs Gem of Soul, and 10pcs Gem of Maya or you can get from donation at Alliance. You can get 7pcs Gem of Blessing and 5pcs Gem of Soul in total everyday.
If you want to use Blessed Gem, you can buy at Majesty store which not everyday open. it cost 2750 diamonds and you'll get 5 pcs Blessed Gem. Or you can buy at Alliance Bidding. For the first bid it cost 800 diamonds and it can be raised. If you want to buy-now, it cost 1000 diamonds. The other way is to participate at Lost City event daily. But it hard to find it, cause it's like war to another alliance. Your alliance have more member and higer BP it would be easier to kill the bos.

*The time to enhance :
What the best time to enhance? every person have different time to enhance. When I want to enhance, I ussually clear all daily quest include supply gathering quest. The remain quest only Alliance quest.I cleared Alliance quest when it have 2x Exp at night together with the Allian Quiz and Alliance Bonfire. So the time almost in the afternoon. When you look at the video, the time show at 02:23 pm.

*The enhance :
1. I enhance +8 to +9 my first ring. I didn't expected it success. Ussually it would be failed. And the failed (step down to +7) is what i want.
2. I enhance +8 to +9 the second ring and it failed. This is what I want :))
3. Enhance the ring +7 to +8 success
4. Enhance the ring +8 to +9 failed (step down to +7)
5. Enhance the ring +7 to +8 success
6. Enhance the ring +8 to +9 failed (step down to +7)
7. Enhance the ring +7 to +8 success
8. Enhance the ring +8 to +9 success
9. Enhance the Necklace +9 to +10 success
Total I enhance failed 3x to +9. Enhance from +8 to +9 success like the video before. I click it faster before the describe "+ 42 show up".

*Now let see the different BP(Battle Points) change
a. First ring +8 to +9 = +262 BP
b. Second ring +8 to +9 = +62 BP
c. Necklace +9 to +10 = +145
I didn't know why it have big different in BP change. May be it because the different ATK at Excellency Stats :
a. First ring have ATK +1035
b. Second ring have ATK +675
c. Necklace have ATK +855
So, if you have bigger Def or ATK at Excellency Stats, it would affect the BP change when you enhance it.

*After Enhancement I have 1pcs Necklace +10 and 2pcs Ring +9. The gem :
a. 5pcs Gem of Blessing
b. 4pcs Gem of Soul
c. 13pcs Gem of Maya
If I want to enhance +9, I prepare around 25pcs Gem of Blessing
and if I want to enhance +10, I prepare around 60pcs Gem of Blessing
